AI to the power of your data

Connect. Configure. Train.

You are close to something.

The next program, the next market, the decision the board has been circling for a year. What stands between you and it is not ambition and it is not money. It is friction in how your systems work together: the answer that takes a week, the number nobody will sign off, the two systems that have never agreed. Friction turns into delay, delay into doubt, and doubt into decay.

That is where I come in. I connect the systems, configure AI to work from your own data, and train your people to use it every day, with judgment and care built into every automated step. Your records, your systems and your people each hold a piece. Connected and read by AI, they hold what none of them holds alone, and searching, validating and reconciling become the background.

Once the architecture is in place, one plus one makes three. The limit stops being what you can find and becomes what you can imagine: further, faster, with less standing between your organization and what it could be.

Three steps, in this order

Connect

I find where your information already sits, across the systems you run, and design a lightweight record that links to it. Nothing moves. Nothing is rebuilt.

Configure

I set up commercially available AI software to read that record and the documents behind it, inside your own environment, under your administration.

Train

I train your people on the questions they ask and the checks they make before trusting an answer, with written procedures they keep.

Who this is for

Operations, finance and product leaders who carry years of customers, commitments and records across more systems than anyone can hold in their head.

Joe Hyams

I run Alpha Indigo, an AI deployment and systems integration practice, delivered remotely from Israel to clients in the United States and worldwide. Before it: thirteen years as CEO of HonestReporting, then eight years in SaaS, data platforms and AI product go-to-market, including Lusha, Trullion and Blue dot. Earlier, strategic planning and market positioning at Saatchi & Saatchi. MBA and MA, Brandeis University.

I have been on every side of the number: the one who made it, the one who sold it, the one who checked it.
